Who we are

OfficeCaddy is a Devbop service providing AI implementation and managed business automation. This policy describes how information is handled through this website. For questions about this policy or to make a privacy request, use our contact form and mention “Privacy request”. Please do not include sensitive personal information.

Information you provide

When you enquire, we collect your name, business name, email address, any website and industry you provide, and your message. We also record the selected workflow, originating page, submission reference and time. To help prevent abuse, we retain a hashed network identifier with the enquiry. Please avoid including sensitive customer, financial or health information.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to you, assess your requirements, prepare proposals, deliver agreed services and protect the website from spam. We rely on taking steps at your request before entering a contract and our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and securing the service. We do not sell enquiry information or use the form to sign you up for unrelated marketing.

Service providers

Enquiries are stored using the site’s Cloudflare database and also forwarded to Formspree for notification. If notification delivery fails, a copy may remain in the site database for follow-up. When you open the booking modal, Calendly loads and processes booking information under its own privacy policy. Website fonts are requested from Google Fonts. These providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States. Their applicable terms and safeguards govern their processing.

Accounts and cookies

Client accounts use an email address and a salted password hash. Passwords are never stored in plain text. When you log in, an essential cookie maintains your session for up to 24 hours. Login attempts are recorded with a hashed network identifier for abuse prevention. This website does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. Embedded booking services may use their own cookies and privacy controls.

Retention and your choices

We keep enquiry information while handling the enquiry and for as long as reasonably needed for an ongoing business relationship, record keeping or a legal obligation. You can ask us to review or delete an enquiry when it is no longer needed. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or transfer personal information, object to certain processing, and complain to your local data protection authority. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

Customer workflow data

Data used in a managed automation is assessed separately before implementation. We agree which systems are used, the access required, responsibilities and data handling requirements with the customer. This website policy is not a substitute for a service-specific data processing agreement.

We may update this policy as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version.
